Prof. Dr. Ebru ERDÖNMEZ Science Committee Member

Prof. Ebru Erdonmez graduated from YTU Faculty of Architecture and continued her academic career at the same university. She completed her master’s thesis titled “Transparency in Architecture” at ITU and her doctoral thesis titled “The Role of Public Spaces in Structuring Society – Levent Maslak Otherwise” at YTU Faculty of Architecture. Between 2006 and 2007, she was a visiting professor at the University of Siegen, Germany. In 2011, she became an associate professor and continued her studies as a faculty member at Istanbul University. Her areas of specialization are urban design, urban transformation, new building design in the existing environment and architectural design. Her foreign languages are German and English.
